• You receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or

• There is a mistake from our side regarding the custom design specifications

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [devri.putra.3e@gmail.com], and we will work to fix the issue or provide a corrected file at no extra cost.

Revisions for Custom Orders:
We allow up to [1-2] free minor revisions within 7 days after delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

No Refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect selection of file type or format

• Issues due to lack of compatibility with your 3D printer or software
